This website, www.nexoactivities.com, is operated by Nexo Activities, together with its registered autónomo, Manuel Luis Anders Kuckuck (self-employed sole trader) under Spanish law, which organises social and sporting events in Valencia, Spain.

Through this site we publish our upcoming events and let you book and pay for a place at them. Payments are handled by Stripe; the conditions that apply to a booking are set out in our Terms & Conditions.

By using this website you agree to use it lawfully and not to do anything that could damage it, interrupt it, or interfere with other people's use of it. We do our best to keep the information here accurate and up to date, but event details can change — the confirmation email you receive after booking always carries the details that apply.

The Nexo Activities name, logo, text, photographs and design on this site belong to us or are used with permission, and may not be reproduced or reused commercially without our written agreement.

Some pages link to services we don't run — for example WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok or the venues where our events take place. We're not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
