What is Nexo Pass?
Nexo Pass is our free loyalty pass for the Nexo community. Every paid event you come to is a stamp on your card, and every stamp unlocks a reward. No app and no plastic card: your pass is your email.
How it works

Unlock it with your email
Type your email, we send you a 6-digit code, add your name, phone, date of birth and gender, and your pass is open. No password needed. Stamp 1 is yours straight away.

Come to events
Every paid event you book with your email is a stamp: one per event, however many tickets. It lands the day after the event.

Enjoy your rewards
Each stamp unlocks a reward, and each one stays a surprise until its stamp is your next one. Then your pass shows you what it is and how to use it.
Ten stamps, ten rewards
Your card has ten stamps a season. What each one gives you stays locked until you get close: swipe to see them.
Seasons
The card runs by season. Each season brings a new card that starts at stamp 1, and everything you've done still counts for your badges.

Questions
Does it cost anything?
No. Nexo Pass is free, and it stays free.
Do free events count?
No: stamps and badges come with paid tickets (spots booked with a pack count too). Free events stay free to join.
I book for friends too. Does that count?
Your ticket counts for your pass. Your friends' tickets count for theirs when their email is on the booking: as a stamp if they already have a pass, for their badges if they create it later.
What if I cancel or get a refund?
A fully refunded booking loses its stamp. A partial refund keeps it.
Can I use two benefits on one booking?
No: one per booking, on your own ticket. At checkout we pick the one that saves you most, and you can choose another to keep it for later.
Do bookings from before I had a pass count?
For your badges, yes. Stamps start from the day you have your pass.
Can I open it on another phone?
Yes. Sign in with your email and a new code on any device.
Who can have one?
Anyone aged 18 or over with an email address.
Can I delete it?
Anytime, from your profile. Your name, email, phone, date of birth, gender, stamps, badges and benefits go for good. Your bookings and invoices stay, as the law requires. Your contact card in our CRM stays if it holds more than the pass (for example, your bookings); write to us if you want it erased. Your newsletter subscription, if you have one, stays until you unsubscribe from any newsletter email.
