Questions
Do I need the free pass first?
No. When you join, your pass becomes a member's pass, and keeps its stamps and badges.
How do I leave?
From your pass, whenever you like. You stay a member until the end of the period you paid for.
What's the founder price?
€12.99 a month for the first 20 members, for as long as they stay. If you leave, it's gone for good: coming back costs €14.99.
And the 3 and 6-month plans?
One payment, and they don't renew by themselves: we email you a week before they end.
What if a payment fails?
The weekly seat and the member perks pause until it's paid. Stripe tries again, and we email you the link to pay.
