Things to Do in Valencia in November 2026: A Week-by-Week Guide

Valencia in November is better than its reputation: a Mediterranean film festival, a citywide restaurant week, the MotoGP finale and a full calendar of ways to meet people. Here's the month, week by week.

Nexo Activities

November is when Valencia stops being a beach city and turns into a table city. The afternoons stay mild — often still around 18–20°C — but the plans move indoors and start later: long lunches, cinema seats, dinners that begin at nine. If you're new here, it's also the month the summer crowd thins out and the people who are staying start building their routines. Here's what's worth doing in Valencia in November 2026, week by week, from the city's calendar and ours.

1–8 November: All Saints, a film festival and the start of Cuina Oberta

The month opens with All Saints' Day on Sunday 1 November — Tots Sants — when bakeries fill up with buñuelos and huesos de santo, the marzipan "saint's bones" that only appear this time of year. Bring a few to whoever you're meeting that week; it's a very local gesture.

On Tuesday 3 November the 41st Mostra de València – Cinema del Mediterrani opens at the Palau de la Música, with screenings through 15 November at Cines Babel, the Filmoteca, the Palau and Cines ABC Park. It's the city's Mediterranean film festival, and one of the easiest cultural plans to say yes to on a weeknight.

From Thursday 5 November, València Cuina Oberta takes over more than 80 restaurants until the 15th, with fixed-price lunch and dinner menus — a few Michelin-starred kitchens among them. Bookings are already open, and the good tables go first.

On our side, the first week looks like this:

  • Sunday 1 and Sunday 8, 11:00 — Brunch with Strangers: a table of six to eight people at a café in the centre, in English or Spanish, matched by language and age
  • Thursday 5, 18:00 — Booty Burn Workout: 60 minutes of glute-focused strength training, indoors at Crudo 22
  • Thursday 5 and Saturday 7, 21:00 — Dinner with Strangers: the same idea, at a restaurant in Russafa, El Carmen, Ensanche, Pla del Remei or Mercado Central
  • Friday 6, 15:45 — Nexo Padel: two courts split by level at Tu Pádel Valencia, in Patraix
  • Saturday 7, 18:00 — Nexo Arts: Bodegón & Wine: draw a real still life in oil pastels with a professional artist, unlimited wine in hand — and the cheese and fruit you drew get served at the end

9–15 November: Friday the 13th cocktails and a beer pong rematch

The Mostra wraps up on Saturday 14 November with its closing gala, where director Icíar Bollaín receives the festival's honorary Palmera. Cuina Oberta runs through Sunday the 15th, so this is the last weekend to book a menu.

Friday 13 November is the date to circle on our calendar: Lucky 13: Cocktail Masterclass at Crudo 22, with David from Copa y Corte behind the bar. You make a Mojito and a properly shaken Margarita, then every table invents its own Margarita with a fruit purée, names it and pitches it to the room. Tables change between cocktails, so you end up working the bar with more than one group of new people.

The next night, Saturday 14, the Nexo Beer Pong Tournament is back at Crudo 22 for its second edition. Last month's bracket went to El Carmenitos; this time the trophy is up for grabs again. Come with a partner or on your own — solo players get paired up on the night — and nobody's out before their second game, thanks to the consolation round. Beer, water and snacks are included.

Also this week: Booty Burn on Thursday 12, padel on Friday 13, Dinner with Strangers on Thursday 12 and Saturday 14, and brunch on Sunday 15.

16–22 November: the week to build a routine

With the film festival and the restaurant week over, the middle of the month is quieter — which makes it the best week to turn a one-off plan into a habit. The recurring Nexo dates keep going: Booty Burn and Dinner with Strangers on Thursday 19, padel on Friday 20, dinner again on Saturday 21 and brunch on Sunday 22.

The second time you go to something, you're not new anymore. That's usually when it gets good.

23–30 November: MotoGP closes the season in Cheste

The 2026 MotoGP World Championship ends in Valencia: the Gran Premio de la Comunitat Valenciana runs from 27 to 29 November at the Circuit Ricardo Tormo in Cheste, about half an hour from the city. It's the last race of the season, and it draws a crowd big enough that you'll want to sort out transport early.

If you'd rather keep your Friday closer to home, the last padel session of the month is on Friday 27 November.

Every week in November, at a glance

If you just want something on the calendar each week, these repeat all month:

  • Fridays — Nexo Padel at 15:45
  • Saturdays — Dinner with Strangers at 21:00
  • Sundays — Brunch with Strangers at 11:00
