About this event
Booty Burn isn't your average, exhausting cardio class. It's a focused, highly effective strength session to grow your glutes. We train outdoors at the Parque de Calistenia, using resistance bands, bodyweight, and dumbbells to target your glutes from the first rep to the last.
Come for the deep burn, stay for the post-workout chats! It's the perfect setting to stay consistent with your fitness goals while hanging out with a supportive community of girls who will cheer you on. Grab your water bottle and let's put in the work!
What to expect
Warm-up · Glute activation
We switch the glutes on and warm them up properly, so they're the ones doing the work once the session gets going.
Main block · The circuit
Glute work only, with dumbbells and resistance bands, and your technique looked at the whole way through.
Cool-down · Stretch
A short stretch to finish, and a few minutes to recover together before we call it.
Community · Make new friends
Make new friends while you're being active — we stick around for a chat once the work is done.
Level
All levels, genuinely. Every exercise scales — band tension, range, reps and tempo all move up or down, and your trainer puts you on the version that fits you today.

Questions
Do I have to be fit to come?
No. Booty Burn is built for all levels and every exercise has an easier and a harder version. If it's your first session in a long time, say so when you arrive and we'll set you up accordingly.
Do I need my own resistance bands?
No — we bring all the equipment. All you need is a water bottle and something you can train in.
Do I have to come every week?
No. Coming once is completely fine and plenty of people do exactly that. Being honest with you though: consistency is what makes the difference here. Glutes respond to regular, repeated load, so whoever makes most Thursdays gets the most out of it. Book one date, book all three — whatever fits your week.
Is it really only glutes?
Yes — the whole session is built around the glutes, and everything we do is there to work them and train towards growing them. Your legs and core come along for the ride, but the focus doesn't move. This isn't a full-body class.
I've never trained outdoors. Is that a problem?
Then this is an easy first one. We meet at the calisthenics park, everything happens in one spot, and you're never more than a few metres from the group.
How many people are in a session?
Twenty at most. Small enough that your technique actually gets looked at.
