Every Saturday at 21:00: one table, strangers and a good dinner.
Just arrived in Valencia, or simply in the mood to meet new people? Book your seat and we'll sit you down with a small group of people who, like you, want to widen their circle of friends. No pressure, no script: just good food and real conversations.
Making friends as an adult isn't easy: work, routine or a new city mean you keep seeing the same faces. Dinner with Strangers makes it simple: all you do is book and show up. We put the table together, pick the restaurant and reserve the spot.
You can come on your own — in fact, most people do. Nobody at the table knows each other beforehand, so everyone arrives just as keen to talk. It's an open, fun and relaxed evening for making friends and meeting new people, where everyone feels welcome. Choose an English or a Spanish table: also a great way to practise the language over dinner.
Dinner is at a restaurant in Russafa, one of Valencia's liveliest neighbourhoods. Every Saturday there's a new table and different people — come once, or make it your Saturday plan.
How it works
Book and pick a language
You book your seat and choose the language of your table: English or Spanish.
Tables by language and age
We don't just arrange the tables by language but by age too, so you share a table with people around your age.
We tell you where
Dinner is at a restaurant in Russafa. We'll email you the exact restaurant 24 hours before the event.
Say you're with Nexo
When you arrive, say you're with Nexo Activities and they'll take you to your table.
Everyone pays their own
Everyone pays the restaurant directly for what they have. Rough price: €10–20 per person. Your booking only pays for your seat.
